Elizabethan Gown with Tie-On Sleeves

This gown is made from a gorgeous ice blue brocade. The underskirt wass silver satin velvet, but it did not hang correctly. In the picture on the right, the underskirt is now a silver brocade. Matching silver brocade sleeves will be added later. The overskirt has 3 overlapping trims down the front, plus jewels sewn over the trim down the front and on the neckline of the bodice. The gown has tie on sleeves made of the same blue brocade and lined with silver satin.
